Tim sent along some pics of this Blond Natural Hohner #1135.
Bought this bass about 11 years ago from the artistic director of the Jacksonville (Fl.) Symphony Orchestra, who used to be a touring bass player for broadway musicals. Neither of us could ever put a definitive date on it’s origin.
